Scope: This policy covers (1) the aiagelab.com website — see "Website Analytics & Cookies" and "Messaging Us on Telegram" immediately below — and (2) AIAgeLab's internal social media management tools, used exclusively for managing accounts owned by AIAgeLab and its principals (sections 1–7).

Website Analytics & Cookies

When you visit aiagelab.com, we use Google Analytics to understand aggregate, anonymous traffic — pages viewed, approximate region, device type. Google Analytics sets cookies and processes this data per Google's Privacy Policy.

• We use this only to improve the site. We do not sell it, and we do not use it for advertising.
• This site has no sign-up, accounts, or contact forms, so we do not ask for or store personal information on the site itself.
• You can block analytics cookies through your browser settings or a tracking blocker, with no loss of functionality.

Messaging Us on Telegram

If you message us through our Telegram bot @aiagelab_bot, it passes your messages on only after you agree to share your Telegram name and username. We then receive your name, username and what you write in a private Telegram chat, and we reply through the bot.

• The bot itself stores no message text. It keeps only your Telegram ID, whether you agreed, and, while you agree, your name and username.
• Send /forget to the bot at any time to stop sharing. It clears your name and username and passes nothing more on.
• To have earlier messages deleted, write to info@aiagelab.com.
• Messages sent through Telegram are also subject to Telegram's own privacy policy.

1. About This Service

AIAgeLab operates internal tools that integrate with Instagram via the Instagram Graph API. These tools are used solely for managing Instagram accounts owned and operated by AIAgeLab, including personal and business accounts of the account holder.

This is not a public service — it is an internal tool for account management purposes.

2. Information We Access

Through the Instagram Graph API, our tools may access:

• Basic engagement metrics from our accounts
• Post metadata (captions, timestamps) from our accounts
• Usernames of users who comment on our posts
• Comments posted on our own Instagram accounts

3. How We Use This Information

We use accessed information to:

• Analyze engagement patterns to improve our content
• Post replies from our accounts to our audience
• Generate AI-assisted response suggestions for community engagement
• Monitor and respond to comments on our own accounts

We access only data from accounts we own. We do not collect, store, or process personal data from third-party Instagram users beyond what is necessary for community management of our own accounts.

4. Data Handling

• Security: Data is transmitted using encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS)
• No Data Sales: We do not sell or share data with third parties for advertising
• Minimal Retention: Processed interaction data is retained for up to 30 days for operational purposes
• Temporary Processing: Comment data is processed in real-time for response generation

5. Third-Party Services

Our tools integrate with:

• AI Services: For generating response suggestions (data processed per their respective policies)
• Meta Platform (Instagram Graph API): For accessing and managing our Instagram accounts per Meta Platform Terms

6. Your Rights

If you have commented on one of our Instagram accounts and wish to inquire about how your comment was processed, or request information deletion, please contact us at the email below.

For users in the EU/EEA, we process publicly-shared comments under legitimate interest for community management. You may exercise your GDPR rights by contacting us.

We may update this policy as our tools evolve. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above.
