AIAgeLab operates internal tools that integrate with Instagram via the Instagram Graph API. These tools are used solely for managing Instagram accounts owned and operated by AIAgeLab, including personal and business accounts of the account holder.

This is not a public service — it is an internal tool for account management purposes.

Through the Instagram Graph API, our tools may access:

• Basic engagement metrics from our accounts
• Post metadata (captions, timestamps) from our accounts
• Usernames of users who comment on our posts
• Comments posted on our own Instagram accounts

We use accessed information to:

• Analyze engagement patterns to improve our content
• Post replies from our accounts to our audience
• Generate AI-assisted response suggestions for community engagement
• Monitor and respond to comments on our own accounts

We access only data from accounts we own. We do not collect, store, or process personal data from third-party Instagram users beyond what is necessary for community management of our own accounts.

• Security: Data is transmitted using encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS)
• No Data Sales: We do not sell or share data with third parties for advertising
• Minimal Retention: Processed interaction data is retained for up to 30 days for operational purposes
• Temporary Processing: Comment data is processed in real-time for response generation

Our tools integrate with:

• AI Services: For generating response suggestions (data processed per their respective policies)
• Meta Platform (Instagram Graph API): For accessing and managing our Instagram accounts per Meta Platform Terms

If you have commented on one of our Instagram accounts and wish to inquire about how your comment was processed, or request information deletion, please contact us at the email below.
